In certain areas the demand for room only lets is very high. We are committed to working with our builders, letting agents, local councils, organisations and institutions to deliver rooms of the very best standards, maximising the potential of the building through clever and innovative use of its space.
Whilst very heavily regulated, we ensure that all of our properties are fully compliant regarding licenses, safety, planning and building control criteria where necessary. Each property is managed pro-actively and with absolute professionalism with a clear focus on providing a quality living experience for each and everyone of our tenants.
Aidan Kelly
Since 2016, Aidan has been investing in his own rental portfolio following an active career as a civil engineer, followed by positions as a chartered accountant for some of the largest investment banks in the UK
Whilst having such a diverse employment history, it was a deep passion for property that prompted his decision in 2015 to commit to ongoing property education from various industry leaders in property training.
Through his focus on houses of multiple occupation (HMO) and commercial to residential conversions, Aidan has so far acquired a portfolio of over one million pounds with a view to further property additions that he can nurture into loving living spaces for citizens of the UK.
As director of Deas Properties, Aidan settles for nothing short of a perfection of standards in any of his refurbishments. He believes that property, when renovated and managed correctly, can provide a sustainable and reliable asset for investors and a warm and happy home for individuals and families alike.
